We stay involved throughout, with monthly check-ins and milestone tracking, so problems surface early rather than at the end. A congregation is never left to manage a breakdown on its own.
The congregation's cost is housing and a grocery allowance for the agreed term. Our own operating costs — outreach, assessment, case management — are funded by donations, not charged to partners.
